All borough residents must apply for a building/compliance permit application prior to starting any construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, roofs, or repair project on any commercial or residential building.  The resident must complete the appropriate forms and application.  A municipal authorization form must also be submitted with a signature by the Municipal officer.  Residents can take the forms and applications to the Borough Secretary so she can fax to L.M.I.A. Permits will not issued without the municipal authorization form being completed.
